In the confusion
of todays 24/7 spin machine, doesnt it often seem like the
“Flat Earth Society” gets equal or more time than the
“Round Earth Society”? And, left unchallenged by journalists, people
are free to just pick their own facts?
The goal of these visual, easy-to-understand presentations is to
help regular, busy folks like yourself understand the issues and
what is happening with our political process. Then we can start
to connect the dots to get our policies to work for the benefit
of most Americans again.
Share these presentations (or even just a
single slide) with your friends, family members and co-workers.

Political Graphics Galore
When author and cognitive
scientist George Lakoff presents the challenge “Dont
think of an elephant,”
people immediately think of a large animal with a trunk and
floppy ears. Political language works the same way. When we use
or negate long-entrenched “conservative”
language like “tax
relief,” “entitlements”
and “pro-life,”
weve lost the argument before its
even begun. While many Americans may call themselves “conservative,”
they consistently support progressive values and policies like
Social Security, Medicare, ending the wars, and increasing taxes
on the rich. So its
about time we fix what’s
broken about our political language and change the conversation.
Lets get started here.
I hope you find these
presentations engaging and informative. Please consider making a

write new topics and update current topics. Donations are NOT tax deductible.
